DAMAGED ITEMS
If the item(s) is damaged during transit please contact your local post office immediately (within 24 hours) for further assistance, then contact us at info@chsn1.com. Any request for return of damaged items after 48 hours from the time you got your package will not be entertained under any circumstances.

 

ITEM NOT RECEIVED
CHSN1 is not responsible for any delivery that is lost or stolen in-transit. If you receive a notification from us or the courier company that your parcel has been successfully delivered but you did not receive anything, kindly proceed to file for theft with the courier company within 24 hours.
